Celebrate the mom in your life with this easy and delicious chocolate cake that is super moist with a creamy chocolate ganache filling Chocolate Cake Recipe :- •160g All Purpose Flour •50g Cocoa Powder •1/2tsp Baking Powder •1tsp Baking Soda •1/4tsp Salt •130g Granulated Sugar •120g Milk (unsweetened almond milk or any other milk of your choice) •65g unsweetened plain yogurt ( almond yogurt or any plain yogurt of your choice) •50g Neutral Oil •6g. White Vinegar •65g. Freshly Brewed Espresso or 1/2 tsp of Instant Coffee powder mixed with 60g of water •50g Hot Water Method – Preheat the oven to 350f. Grease 2 round 6inch round cake tins with baking spray and line it with baking paper. – In a bowl combine and sift all the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl combine all the liquid ingredients. Mix dry ingredients into the liquid ingredients and mix slowly until it is fully combined into a smooth cake batter. – Divide the cake batter in 2 – 6inch cake tins and bake for approximately 20- 25 minutes. Let the cakes cool completely after they’re baked on a cooling rack.   • 6g White Vinegar
