  • 500g of lean quark
  • 300g of vanilla skyr yogurt
  • About 4 tablespoons of xylitol or other sweeteners (adjust to taste)
  • 2 packets of sugar-free lemon jelly
  • 2 packets of sugar-free strawberry jelly
  • 200g of frozen strawberries

  2. Dissolve 2 packets of lemon jelly in 400ml of hot water, add a tablespoon of xylitol, and cool completely.
