    • 150g butter
    • 1 cup flour (150g)
    • 1/3 cup powdered sugar (50g)
    • A pinch of salt

    • 3/4 cup light brown sugar (150g)
    • 1/4 cup maple syrup (50g)
    • 1/4 cup honey (50g)
    • 1/4 cup heavy cream (50g)
    • 110g butter
    • A pinch of salt
    • 300g raw pecans

Instructions:
