Pink Oreo Cheesecake Delight

Indulge in a creamy, dreamy cheesecake featuring the unique touch of BlackPink Oreos. With a rich biscuit crust and a vibrant sprinkling on top, this dessert is a fusion of taste and visual appeal!

Ingredients:

  • BlackPink Oreos: As needed (for crust and topping)
  • Melted Butter: 30g
  • Milk: 250g
  • Sugar: 25g (15g for milk mixture, 10g for cream mixture)
  • Softened Gelatin: 20g
  • Light Cream: 250g
  • Condensed Milk: 10g

Method:

  1. Oreo Crust: In a bowl, crush the desired amount of BlackPink Oreos to a fine consistency. Combine with 30g of melted butter. Press this mixture firmly into the base of a 6-inch mold to form an even layer. Set aside.
  2. Cheesecake Filling: In a pot over low heat, combine 250g of milk, 15g of sugar, and 20g of softened gelatin. Stir gently until the gelatin dissolves completely. Make sure not to let the mixture boil. In a separate bowl, whisk together 250g of light cream, 10g of sugar, and 10g of condensed milk until it reaches a yogurt-like consistency. Gradually pour in the warm milk-gelatin mixture, mixing continuously until well combined.
  3. Assembly: Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared Oreo crust in the mold. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until set.
  4. Final Touch: Once the cheesecake is set, sprinkle a generous amount of crushed BlackPink Oreos on top for added crunch and color. Add any additional decorations as desired.
