    • In a mixing bowl, combine all the dough ingredients and knead well.
  2. Prepare the Plums:
    • Remove the pits and quarter the plums.
  3. Assemble:
    • Set aside one-third of the dough.
    • Spread the remaining dough in a greased baking tray.
    • Arrange the plum quarters over the dough and sprinkle with 1 tbsp powdered sugar.
    • Add a little extra flour to the reserved dough and crumble it with your hands.
