Ingredients:

  • 90g flour
  • 2g alkalized cocoa powder
  • 80g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 35g water
  • 40g vegetable oil
  • 3g baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

  • Powdered sugar (to taste)
  • 120g white chocolate
  • 10g odorless vegetable oil

  3. Pour the batter into a mold, filling two-thirds of it.
  4. Bake in an 800w microwave for approximately 4 minutes.
