  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, smooth it out, and bake in the preheated oven on the middle shelf for about 50-55 minutes.

  • Break 200 grams of dark chocolate into pieces and chop finely.
  • Heat 120 milliliters of liquid cream until just below boiling, then pour over the chopped chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the ganache is smooth.
  • Remove the cake from the pan and spread the ganache all over. Let it set.
