  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

  • 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
  • 180g sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • 7-8 medium-sized apples
  • 3 packets vanilla sugar
  • 1-2 tsp Christmas spice or cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Melt the butter and let it cool. Mix all the dough ingredients, including the butter, until crumbly. Reserve 1/4 of the mixture.
  2. Press 3/4 of the dough evenly into a baking form lined with parchment paper.
  3. Thoroughly mix the filling ingredients and spread over the dough.
  4. Peel and dice the apples, then mix them with vanilla sugar and Christmas spice/cinnamon. Spread this apple mixture over the filling.
  5. Crumble the reserved dough over the top.
