    • 80g dark chocolate
    • 80g dairy-free butter

    • 1 cup dairy-free milk
    • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
    • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks or chips
  • Cheesecake Layer:
    • 1 cup dairy-free cream cheese
    • 1/4 cup vegan vanilla protein powder
    • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan setting) and line a square baking tin with greaseproof paper.
