- 120 g (1/2 cup + 1 tbsp) sugar
- 1 packet (2 tsp) vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp oil
- 100 g (1 cup) ground hazelnuts
- 100 g (3/4 cup) flour
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of cinnamon, or to taste

Whipped Cream Topping
- 300 ml (1 1/4 cups) heavy cream
- 100 ml (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp) milk
- 1 packet "Paradiescreme" White Chocolate (or similar instant dessert cream mix)
- 1 packet (2 tsp) vanilla sugar
- 3 packets cream stabilizer
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- For the base, beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add oil. Mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and cinnamon, then fold in with the ground hazelnuts. Pour the batter into a springform pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 20 minutes. Let it cool.
