Ingredients:
- 170g unsalted butter, softened
- 165g light brown sugar
- 100g granulated sugar
- 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 215g plain flour
- 100g chocolate chips
- 450g milk chocolate bars
- 1 tub (213g) marshmallow fluff
Instructions:
- Cream butter and sugars. Mix in egg, yolk, and vanilla.
- Blend in flour. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Press half the dough into an 8x8” tin. Layer with milk chocolate bars.
- Spread marshmallow fluff on top.
- Dot remaining dough over the fluff.
- Bake at 160°C (fan) for 25-30 minutes.
