S’mores Slider Buns

Get ready to enjoy a twist on the classic s’more with these easy-to-make and utterly delicious S’mores Slider Buns. Perfect for a sweet treat that will delight any crowd.

Equipment:

  • Measuring spoons and cups
  • Mixing bowl
  • Baking dish suitable for sliders

Ingredients:

  • 6 slider rolls (or 10 mini slider rolls)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 24 large marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

Instructions:

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Choose a baking dish that fits the buns snugly to prevent them from moving around during baking.
  2. In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine room-temperature butter with brown sugar and cinnamon until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Slice the slider rolls in half. Spread the butter mixture onto the cut side of the bottom halves of the rolls.
  4. Place a layer of chocolate chips or chopped chocolate on top of the buttered bases.
  5. Add a layer of marshmallows on top of the chocolate, making sure they’re packed in nicely.
  6. Take the top halves of the slider rolls and spread the remaining butter mixture on the cut side. Then place them over the marshmallows.
  7. For an additional burst of flavor, sprinkle a little extra cinnamon over the tops of the buns.
  8. Place the prepared sliders into the baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for about 7 to 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the marshmallows have started to melt.
  9. Once baked, remove the S’mores Slider Buns from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. This will make them easier to handle and enjoy.
