Snickers with Peanuts and Caramel

Ingredients: Shortcrust Pastry:

  • 150g all-purpose flour
  • 100g butter
  • 50g powdered sugar
  • 1 egg yolk

Chocolate Ganache:

  • 150g dark chocolate
  • 50g milk chocolate
  • 200g heavy cream
  • 30g butter
  • A pinch of salt

Caramel:

  • 100g white sugar
  • 120g heavy cream
  • 80g butter
