    • Milk (Soya or choice) + Vinegar: 300ml + 1 tsp
    • Soya Yoghurt (or choice): 100g
    • Dairy-Free Brown Butter: 80g
    • Grated Apples: 2
    • Ground Cinnamon: 1 tsp
    • Allspice: ½ tsp
    • Ginger: ½ tsp
    • Nutmeg: ¼ tsp
    • Salt: ¼ tsp
  • Glaze:
    • Icing Sugar: 200g
    • Dairy-Free Milk: 60g
    • Ground Cinnamon: 1 tsp

Instructions:

  1. Brown Butter: Melt butter in a saucepan until brown specks form. Cool.
  2. Preparation: Preheat oven to 170°C Fan. Grease a bundt pan.
  3. Batter: Mix dairy-free milk with vinegar. Add wet ingredients, including cooled brown butter. Sift in dry ingredients and mix gently. Fold in grated apples.
  4. Baking: Pour into the pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
