Decoration:

  • Dried oranges
  • Cranberries
  • Red currants
  • Mini speculoos cookies

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) using the convection setting.
  2. Whisk eggs, sugar, water, and vanilla sugar for 5 minutes until creamy.
  3. Sift in flour, baking powder, cornstarch, and speculoos spice, folding gently.
  4. Spread the batter on a baking tray lined with parchment and bake for 12-15 minutes.
