- ½ cup Walnuts, chopped
- ½ cup Desiccated Coconut
- 2 large Carrots, grated
- 1.5 cups Flour
- 1 Baking Powder

- 200 g Cream Cheese (Labneh)
- ½ cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla Sugar
