Sticky Date Pudding with Homemade Butterscotch Sauce

  • 165g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

Butterscotch Sauce:

  1. In a saucepan, combine the butter, brown sugar, and cream.
  2. Cook over low heat, stirring until everything is combined and the sauce is smooth.
  3. Once done, transfer to a container and store in the refrigerator.

Date Pudding:
