  2. For the pancakes, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, mix the mashed bananas with eggs and milk until well combined.
  4. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder (leave out a spoonful for later), baking powder, and vanilla, mixing until just combined. Divide the batter into two portions.
