Ingredients: Crust:

  • 250 g of whole wheat biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter

Filling:

  • 750 g of labneh or cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 180 g (less than 1 cup) of sugar
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla-flavored pudding powder
  • 100 g of cream
  • 180 g of sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 80 ml of vegetable oil

Strawberry Sauce:

  • 400 g of strawberries
  • 1 small cup of sugar
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of cornstarch

  5. Refrigerate the cheesecake for 5-6 hours.
  6. For the sauce, mix strawberries, sugar, and cornstarch. Cook on the stove, stirring until thickened. Cool the sauce.
  7. Pour the cooled strawberry sauce over the cheesecake and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
