- 315g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda (baking soda)
- 1 tsp salt
- 150g white chocolate chips
- 100g red & green M&M’s
- 3 tbsp festive sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C for fan ovens). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until thoroughly combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the plain flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips, M&M's, and festive sprinkles until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, forming 9 equally sized cookies.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are just starting to turn golden but the center is still soft.
