  • 3/4 cup water (185 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Method:

  1. In a mixing bowl or food processor with a dough hook, combine flour, yeast, and sugar for a few seconds.
  2. Add vanilla, eggs, oil, and water, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. After the dough comes together, add salt and knead for 10 minutes at a medium pace.
  4. Blend in the brandy or alcohol for about 1-2 minutes. Expect a sticky dough consistency.
  5. Allow the dough to rise in an oiled bowl, covered with plastic wrap, for 1.5 to 2 hours, until it doubles in size.
