  • 120g Dark Chocolate
  • 80g Dairy-Free Butter
  • 100g Light Brown Sugar
  • 100g Caster Sugar
  • 100g Dairy-Free Yogurt (room temperature)
  • 120g Self-Rising Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
  • 240ml Dairy-Free Milk (room temperature)
  • 50g Cocoa Powder
  • 100g Dark Chocolate Chunks/Chips

  • 150g Salted Nut Butter (Peanut or Almond)
  • 60g Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)
  • Pinch of Salt

  1. Preparation: Preheat oven to 170°C Fan. Line a square tin with greaseproof paper.
  2. Caramel: Mix salted nut butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
  3. Brown Butter: Melt dairy-free butter in a saucepan until it browns and emits a nutty aroma. Remove from heat.
  4. Chocolate Mixture: Pour browned butter over dark chocolate. Stir in sugars until dissolved. Add milk and yogurt.
