- 50g vegan vanilla protein powder

- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 100g sugar
- 200g dairy-free milk mixed with 1 tsp vinegar
- 65g dairy-free yogurt
- 50g neutral oil
- 1 tsp orange extract
- Zest from 1 orange
- Chocolate Sponge:
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp warm water
- Ganache:
- 200g dark chocolate orange
- 200g coconut cream
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 170°C. Grease a bundt pan.
- Combine dairy-free milk with vinegar and set aside to thicken.
- Sift together flour, protein powder, baking powder, and bicarbonate of soda in a bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients (thickened milk mixture, yogurt, oil, orange extract, zest) in another bowl.
