    • Bicarbonate of Soda: 1/4 tsp
    • Light Brown Sugar: 200g
    • Soya Milk + Vinegar (apple cider): 360ml + 1 tsp
    • Soya Yoghurt: 100g
    • Light Olive Oil: 100g
  • Chocolate Buttercream:
    • Dairy-Free Butter (softened): 220g
    • Cocoa Powder: 60g
    • Powdered Sugar: 420g
    • Dairy-Free Milk: 2 tbsp
  • Caramel:
    • Nut Butter (peanut or almond): 150g
    • Maple Syrup: 60g
    • Coconut Oil (melted): 2 tbsp
    • Sea Salt: A pinch
  • Crushed Pretzels: 100g

Instructions:

  1. Preparation: Preheat oven to 170°C Fan. Line three 6-inch round cake tins.
  2. Batter: Mix soya milk with vinegar. Add other wet ingredients. Sift in dry ingredients and mix gently. Divide the batter among the tins.
  3. Baking: Bake for 25-35 minutes until springy to touch and a knife comes out clean. Cool before leveling.
  4. Buttercream: Cream dairy-free butter. Gradually add powdered sugar and cocoa powder, then dairy-free milk.
  5. Caramel: Mix nut butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and sea salt.
