    • 100g dairy-free yogurt
    • 75g vegan white chocolate, melted
    • 60g vegan vanilla or white chocolate protein powder
    • Crushed hazelnuts
  • For the Topping:
    • 100g dairy-free ‘milk’ chocolate
    • 1 tsp coconut oil
    • 20g dark chocolate, melted
    • Crushed hazelnuts

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Brownie Base:
    • Preheat the oven to 170°C (338°F). Line a square baking tin with parchment paper.
    • In a medium bowl, whisk together dairy-free yogurt, applesauce, hazelnut butter, coconut sugar, and fruit syrup until creamy.
