  • 350g caramel (homemade or store-bought)
  • 75g + 25g peanuts
  • Cream Layer: 200g mascarpone, 25g granulated sugar, 8g vanilla sugar, 8g stabilizer for whipping cream (klopfix), 250ml whipping cream
