  • 1/2 tsp or more red food coloring

For the Cream Cheese Icing:

  • 110 g (1/2 cup) vegan cream cheese, softened
  • 45 g (3/4 cup) vegan butter, softened
  • 60 g (1/2 cup) powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. Prepare the Cake: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine warm milk and vinegar in a bowl, let sit for 15 minutes to curdle. Mix in yogurt. Add oil, sugar, and vanilla extract, stirring until sugar dissolves. Sift dry ingredients together and gently mix into the liquid to form a smooth batter.
