    • 360g flour
    • 50g sugar
    • 57g butter, softened
    • 185g milk, warmed
    • 1 packet of dry yeast

    • Generous amounts of really soft butter
    • Sugar (to taste)
    • Cinnamon (to taste)
  • Cream Cheese Frosting:
    • 200g cream cheese
    • 4 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions:

  1. Start by mixing the warm milk with yeast. Let it sit until the yeast is activated.
  2. Add the egg, egg yolk, butter, and sugar to the yeast mixture and mix until combined.
  3. Gradually add in the flour, mixing to form a dough that is sticky but manageable. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour, or for a deeper flavor, up to 24 hours.
