  • Base:
    • 200g Petit-Beurre biscuits
    • 100g melted butter
  • Cream Layer:
    • 500g quark (strained yogurt)
    • 400g cream cheese (labneh)
    • ½ cup granulated sugar
    • 1 packet vanilla sugar
    • 1 packet whipping cream
  • Raspberry Sauce:
    • 1 cup raspberries
    • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
    • 1 heaping tablespoon cornstarch
    • 1 tablespoon water
  • Topping:
    • 400g raspberries
    • 2 packets cake glaze
    • 500ml water
    • 4 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions:

  1. For the raspberry sauce, mix all ingredients and cook until thickened. Strain if you prefer it seedless. Let it cool.
  2. Crush biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press this mixture into a springform pan to form the base.
  3. For the cream layer, mix quark, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar, and whipping cream. Stir in the cooled raspberry sauce. Pour this over the biscuit base. Place raspberries intermittently and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
