  1. In a large bowl, combine mascarpone, heavy cream, cream stabilizer, chocolate hazelnut spread, and confectioners’ sugar. Beat for 2-3 minutes until stiff peaks form.

  3. Dip ladyfingers briefly in milk and lay them out to cover the bottom of a 9-inch (24 or 26 cm) springform pan.
