Ingredients for Brioche Dough:

  • Flour: 530g
  • Instant Yeast: 7g
  • Lukewarm Milk: 230ml
  • Salt: A pinch
  • Softened Butter: 75g
  • Egg: 1
  • Sugar: 30g
