    • 150g self-raising flour
    • 30g cocoa powder
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
    • 100g sugar
    • 180g dairy-free milk mixed with 1 tsp vinegar
    • 90g dairy-free yogurt
    • 40-60g chocolate (10-15g per pudding)

Method:

  1. Combine the wet ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Sift in the dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Grease four ramekins and dust them lightly with cocoa powder.
  4. Fill the ramekins three-quarters full with the batter.
