    • 400g ladyfinger biscuits
    • Milk for dipping
    • 700ml whipping cream
    • 250g vanilla flavored dessert cream mix (two packages)
    • 250g quark (40% fat)
    • 250g mascarpone cheese

    • 1 package vanilla sugar
    • 500g strawberries
    • 2 packages instant gelatin

Method:

  1. Briefly dip half of the ladyfingers in milk and arrange them in a 24x24 cm baking dish.
