  • 200g (7 oz) smooth vegan cream cheese
  • 80g (⅓ cup) luscious vegan Greek-style yogurt
  • 30g (7½ tsp) coconut oil for binding
  • The zest and juice of fresh limes for that citrus kick
  • A dash of vanilla bean paste for depth
  • A sweet touch of agave or maple syrup, if desired

Instructions:

  1. Start with a batch of homemade lime curd made in advance, and let it set in your refrigerator.
