Ingredients:

  • Flour: 160g
  • Baking Powder: 1/2 packet
  • Eggs: 4
  • Sugar: 125g
  • Melted and Cooled Butter: 125g

  • Speculoos Spread: 100g
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder: 20g

Instructions:

  2. Whip eggs and sugar until light.
